The bank was registered in Madhya Pradesh Sahkarita Samiti ACT 1960 under section 9 on 23rd Novmber 1985.
After completing all the legal formalities the Reserve Bank Of India issued Banking licance on 06 March 2009 and bank has commenced its banking activities w.e.f. 23.11.1985 at Subhash Chouk , Sanawad with humble means, has not looked back and is making growth as each year passes due to its professional management and dynamic leadership of Mr. Shriram Patel Chairman & team in Last 32 years.
